The office deals with all issues pertinent to civil actions and their branch cases resulting from business transactions, civil contracts, arguments and the pleas before all types of Omani courts and levels. Civil actions also include real estate suits, movable properties, sham trials, pre-emption, insolvency, financial claims, properties, sports, compensation claims, rent acts and medical errors.
