Intellectual property is comprised of two parts:

• Industrial property: patents, trademarks, drawings and industrial models.

• Copyright: literary and artistic collections, works, novels, poems, films, drawings, boards, photographs and architectural designs. 

• The neighboring rights include the rights of performers, the rights of producers of audio recordings and the rights of the broadcasting organizations and the different radio and TV programs.
